What is Gumboot Friday?

I AM HOPE are passionately committed to delivering immediate, free counselling to young Kiwis in need, and Gumboot Friday is all about putting on your gumboots and standing with New Zealand as we rally to raise funds for this crucial cause. Your generosity isn't just appreciated; it's life-saving.

With a host of activities including collection buckets at various businesses, school fundraisers, a sausage sizzle fundraiser and our very own Valerie Hanger walking 5 summits in one day for Gumboot Friday.

Schools Fundraisers

These amazing schools are hosting their own Gumboot Friday activities, encouraging the students and staff to wear their gumboots on a specific day and collecting gold coin donations to contribute to helping young Kiwis get much needed counselling and support.
