Since the inception of Harcourts Optimize Group in 2009 we’ve supported a wide range of charities, not-for-profit organisations, community care organisations, schools and support groups.

Our Mission and Goals
At Harcourts we aim to change lives and make dreams come true – the community and sponsorship work we do is a continuation of this.
Over time, our offices and people have generously created a history of giving through sponsoring and supporting thousands of people in need. Being caring members of our local communities ensures a better quality of life for everyone. We want Northlanders to love where they live, work, and play and so are proud to contribute to community-based initiatives.
Our team gets behind a large number of initiatives each year supporting local schools, clubs, charities, and other not-for-profit organisations, and we’re proud to work with partners that have done amazing work in developing programmes that make our country a better place.
We are proud to provide ongoing support to Kind Hands, North Haven Hospice, Ruakaka Surf Lifesaving and the I AM HOPE Foundation.
