Steve brings a valuable combination of local insight, industry expertise, and a commitment to exceptional client service to the commercial sales and leasing team. His previous positions include Facilities Manager at the Marsden Point Oil Refinery and Northland Property Portfolio Manager for Health New Zealand, where he developed extensive expertise in lease negotiation and property management for major corporate and government entities.
Ryan brings a wealth of diverse experience to the NAI Harcourts Commercial Property Management team. Originally from Hawke’s Bay and a proud Northlander since 2012, his background spans the agricultural, engineering, residential, and commercial construction industries. Beginning his career in Residential Property Management, Ryan progressed from Asset Manager to Senior Property Manager during his eight-years at Harcourts Just Rentals. He now brings that expertise to the Commercial Property Management team, working alongside Cheryl Peeters and Pietro Prinsloo.
