Chris bought #3 Appleton place for her son to get on the property ladder and out of her house. He lived there for a time and then headed overseas (as they do) so Chris found a lovely tenant and then reluctantly sold it to Bruce.
Bruce lives overseas so he loved the idea of the brick home with a new roof and a lovely tenant (who looks after it was it was her own).
