Built Big, this high stud clearspan building was
constructed to give maximum floor space for the timber
operation tenant.
The dimensions are 30m wide by 65.9m long.
Construction consists of steel portals with steel purlins
and galvanized iron cladding. Heavy duty concrete floors
complete the building.
The tenant, Waipapa Pine, has a 5 year lease beginning in
2021, with the rights of renewal extending another 10
years.
