Harcourts’ annual HX Conference has wrapped up for another year, bringing together our national network for two days of learning, leadership and connection.
Property management again had a strong place in the two-day programme, with dedicated workshops focused on how the role is changing and how good businesses continue to lift their service.
Industry leader, Jo Oliveri, led the Property Management Workshop with her session, “New Rules. New Roles. Same Promise.” Her focus was on how processes, service and technology are reshaping property management, without losing sight of the fundamentals that matter most: communication, care, compliance and consistency.
Our Property Management Leadership Working Lunch also gave business owners and managers the opportunity to step back and look at how they lead their teams, support their people and build stronger property management businesses. Good outcomes for landlords do not happen by accident. They come from strong leadership, clear systems and property managers who are trained, supported and held to high standards.
Across the wider HX programme, the message was clear. The market is changing, customer expectations are rising and businesses need to keep improving. For landlords, that means having a property manager who is not standing still.
The right tools and systems can help property managers communicate faster, keep better records and deliver a more consistent service. But the real value is still in the people using them well.
At Harcourts, we continue to invest in training, leadership and better ways of working, because your investment deserves informed, proactive and professional management.
That is what HX is about.
And that is what we continue to work towards every day.Back
