Bryce de Boer

Bryce brings over 18 years of experience across customer service, financial administration, and team leadership into his role in Property Management. Over that time, he’s built a reputation for being reliable, easy to work with, and someone who approaches challenges with a calm, practical mindset.

He’s worked his way up through his career, learning every step along the way and developing a strong appreciation for hard work, clear communication, and getting things done properly. After leading teams and managing busy workloads, Bryce is excited to bring his skills into a new industry where people and problem-solving sit at the centre of the role.

Outside of work, Bryce enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of Northland’s lifestyle. He has a real interest in property, having designed and helped renovate his relocated 1940s home, and when he’s not working on projects at home, you’ll find him travelling, out on the coast, or keeping busy on his hobby farm. He’s proud to be part of the Harcourts team and is looking forward to helping make the rental experience a positive one for everyone.
