Debbie Beazley

Debbie and Mike established Optimize Realty Ltd in 2008, and after many years as a registered legal executive, she joined the business full time in 2012, managing the financial side of the company. Debbie now heads up the Harcourts Just Rentals property management team. Creating the ultimate customer experience is extremely important to both Debbie and Mike, along with their business commitment to the Whangarei district and Bream Bay community.
Debbie is particularly passionate about helping people succeed, whether it be in their business life or their personal goals. She is an extremely proud mum of two and loves to be involved in helping with charity fundraising events. Debbie has a real passion for homes, interior design and gardens.
