Jemma Randell

Jemma joined the Harcourts team in May 2022 as Marketing Coordinator, bringing with her extensive experience from a successful career in the broadcast media industry. During this time, she worked across the businesses including marketing strategy, digital and social marketing, promotional activations and events, broadcasting, advertising, and social media management.

In 2026, Jemma took over the Marketing Manager role for Harcourts Optimize Group, which includes offices in Whangarei, Bream Bay, and Kerikeri across Property Management, Residential Sales, and Commercial.

Her role is to work alongside the sales team to strengthen their presence in the marketplace, helping them build their profiles as trusted salespeople to list with. She also develops bespoke marketing campaigns for properties, ensuring each listing is positioned effectively to achieve the best results for vendors. She leads the creation and execution of community campaigns that amplify the Harcourts brand, while also producing engaging content that showcases the many facets of the business to the wider public.
