Lauren Allen

With over 15 years’ experience in marketing across B2B, B2C, product, and service industries, Lauren began her career developing brand strategy and content for some of New Zealand’s most recognisable brands before joining Harcourts in 2020 as marketing manager. In 2023, her role expanded to include operations, overseeing systems, processes, and efficiencies to support the business’s strategic goals.

As the business continued to grow, Lauren stepped into the Business Operations Manager role for Harcourts Optimize Group, which includes offices in Whangarei, Bream Bay, and Kerikeri across Property Management, Residential Sales, and Commercial divisions.

Also a licensed real estate salesperson, she brings an end-to-end understanding of the real estate industry, combining brand, marketing, administration, operations, and sales insight to support both clients and teams.

Since moving to Whangarei from Auckland in 2018 and purchasing their first home, Lauren and her family enjoy renovating and developing their lifestyle block - a passion that combines her love of property, design, and interiors.
