Michaela Ruddell

Returning to the property management industry after taking time away to raise my young family, I bring with me a solid foundation in customer service, organisation, and day-to-day property administration gained earlier in my career. I began working in property management in 2016 and developed hands-on experience supporting tenants, landlords, and office operations.

I'm known for my friendly, approachable nature and my ability to stay organised and adaptable in busy environments. I enjoy working as part of a team, learning new systems, and supporting smooth processes while delivering a positive experience for clients.

As a parent of three young children, I’ve strengthened my time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills, and I’m motivated to re-establish myself professionally in a supportive, growth-focused workplace. Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer and staying active with my family.
