Rachel Te Raki

With 21 years in Property Management, Rachel enjoys being part of a dynamic team, she relates well with people and enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients and tenants. No two days are the same, and Rachel thrives on the varied and fast-paced environment that is property management.

Some of the notable achievements of Rachel’s career include LPMNZ - NZ Property manager of the Year 2012, Speaker LPMNZ 2013, receiving multiple Northland Regional Awards as well as Pod internal Awards.

Whangarei is home to Rachel, and she cherishes spending time with her family and grandchildren, as well as working out in her spare time.
