Ryan Withers

Ryan brings a wealth of diverse experience to the NAI Harcourts Commercial Property Management team. Originally from Hawke’s Bay and a proud Northlander since 2012, his background spans the agricultural, engineering, residential, and commercial construction industries.

Beginning his career in Residential Property Management, Ryan progressed from Asset Manager to Senior Property Manager during his eight-years at Harcourts Just Rentals. He now brings that expertise to the Commercial Property Management team, working alongside Pietro Prinsloo.

With a solid foundation in construction, project management, quantity surveying, and negotiation, Ryan also stands out for his strong communication skills and practical IT knowledge—earning a well-deserved reputation as the office go-to for tech support.
